2012 People Sexiest Man Alive ~ “Sexy at Every Age” and “50 Shades of Grey” (Issue 2012-11-26)
The new trailer for Killing Them Softly has been released. Directed by Andrew Dominik, Killing Them Softly follows Jackie Cogan (Brad Pitt), who investigates a heist that took place during a poker game. I’m just not sure how this movie is supposed to be received. To be honest there are moments in this trailer where I want to laugh and I don’t think I’m supposed to and vice-versa. Brad looks good, as always, and I adore James Gandolfini and Richard Jenkins which is why I’ll be watching. I can say the one moment that stuck out to me was Brad delivering the one liner for the movie title “I like to kill em softly, from a distance” with a Johnny Cash soundtrack— there’s promise. I’m just on the fence on whether this cast will deliver or not. Killing Them Softly opens 21 September 2012 I guess I’ll have to wait until then to find out.
